Q. How often can I update content on my play list?

As often as you like.

Q. How is the play list managed and spots allocated?

The play list is approximately 15 minutes long, comprised of thirty, 30 second spots on the Main Theater Panel approximately 1/3 of the Main Theater is dedicated for your clinic, the balance is reserved for ONN and our advertising partners.

Q. Is there an extra cost associated with updating content?

No.

Q. How long does it take to get content update?

Depending upon the request, edits to existing content can be made same day. New content development can take 3-4 business days – again depending upon nature of content request.

Q. Can I use content from my web page?

Yes. Our software platform allows us to link from existing video files on the web.

Q. Can I use my own tv / display monitor?

Assuming it is compatible, yes.

Q. Can I use my own computer?

No. The media player needs to be a dedicated source as it is continually seeking updates from the internet connection. As a stand alone unit, it eliminates any risk associated with you current network / computers.

Q. How does advertising component work?

ONN is responsible for managing and sourcing advertising content from industry participants and 3rd party health and wellness entities.

Q. Can I say who can and cannot advertise?

Generally, advertising content is at the discretion of ONN. If you do not supply / provide a particular brand / product, we can ensure that ad / display does not run in your clinic.
